Have not read whole thread, but I would think that all you would need to do to get it fairly accurate with an AI /wildcat cartridge is to run it as the parent cartridge, but alter the case capacity to reflect your true case capacity.
As far as im aware "AI" cartridges do not necessarily run at a higher pressure. AI-ing a cartridge increases its case capacity. Increased case capacity allows you to add more powder, and get more velocity while keeping pressure the same.
