About LinkBacksI'm using the same powder but uncompressed (47gns). Getting just on 2900 using a 29" barrel. 2209 is pretty much the powder of choice for a shorter barrel for consistency. I've heard RL17 can get better velocity but has more variation across temperature (never tried it myself)
