I asked a question on here about Reloading a 6mm creedmoor and now all you retards who have nothing better to do are just derailing everything with your my little willy is better than your big willy shit.

if looking at alterative powders RL26 works well in my 243 with 108gr eldm so i would pick in a 6 CM the case volumes are close so worth a try.
I have not used starball6.5 but in the manuals it looks good in the 243 with heavy bullets.

PS but if you ard looking at a rebarrel then I would suggest a fast twist 243 gives away 100fps to the CM but factory ammo is essyier ti find

Had considered just doing that but like the idea of the extra mag room for the 100gr+ projectiles with the creed case

There's always dasher or GT, same bullets, more efficient case and only really gonna be 100fps slower, 108s from the GT at 2800 from 18" and they smoke deer to 500+ m

Hey man you are the one "running numbers" and making comparisons. My comparisons are real life observations in killing stuff with both pills you mentioned and still in context to your post.

End of the day, I have settled on a 6mm creedmoor, I have zero interest in a 22 creedmoor. It doesn't spin my wheels for what I want to do with it. I don't give a shit about shooting something 3 million miles away with a tiny projectile. I woukd mainly hunt tahr with this rifle and dont actually have much faith in shooting bulls at 400yds (about as far as ill shoot anyhow) with a juiced up 22 . I don't give a shit about recoil energy or cost of projectiles or any of that stuff. I have always looked at energy values and for me personally it has always been a good indicator of killing ability with the correct projectile construction, in this case the 6 wins out easily at 400yds with energy. Also, I made my original comment on comparing the two after another member asked why not a 22cm, i gave my answer and then all you yappy dogs showed up. I asked about Reloading a 6mm creedmoor

Well the data from my two 6mm CM's can just stay in the load data notebook . . . Bugger sharing it after that sort of comment.

opps timed out in edits.
looked up in Hodgdons reloading with 108gr eldm only 23fps between them
6CM@ 3088 and 243 @ 3065 fps.
this reverses in the lighter bullets ie the 80 and 58gr loads.
