    7mm08 and berger 168gr bullets

    is anyone using this combo?? i am looking to load develop for my new rifle and cant find any load data for the berger bullets... been trying to find a copy of the berger reloading manual but doesnt seem to easy to find here in nz!! If anybody has the manual is it possible to get the pages scanned and emailed or even just the data posted on here please!!

    The 168 berger would be a unspectacular killer of deer at 7mm08 velocities, unless you hit near the spine like the yanks do, then needing a second shot.

    Hard targets they are fine but the 150BT often performs better with its stubby little ogive allowing easier load tuning.

    Try that, Its sierra but they list their 168 hpbt at the bottom, Bergers website is out of action at the mo, Let us know how it goes

    Why not use the 140VLD wouldn't they be better in terms of not taking up case capacity for powder?
