Well if there’s a shortage of nitrocellulose then you’d expect all powder manufacturers to be hit with same problem, not just Alliant?

Biggest producers of nitrocellulose are Thailand, China and India.
There should be lowered demand for it for other uses, ie automotive and paints due to decline in such sales worldwide due to post Covid supply and demand.
But we can probably guess where China and India now send a large part of their nitrocellulose production.

Parts of it to be used by russia, the rest to domestic stocks as they are preparing for the war that the west intends to wage on them, so its corrupt elites can pillage the broken financial system a few years longer while the masses are distracted?
