Use the Fiocchis, they reload fine, just remember they are a straight wall hull, and the primer pockets are slightly larger than the standard W209 pockets. A lot of the time you can push the 209 primer in with your thumb, but I have never had a problem with them. PM me if you want some recipes........................

Cheers - just what I wanted to hear
Unlimited supply of them at the club
I presume a WAA12L will work in them?
I'll check my book when I get home for recipes for them and will be in touch if I get stuck

That's the only thing to watch really check to see that the wads are suitable for straight wall hulls. If they suit the new AA HS hulls then you should be good to go...............................

They are a taper wad IIRC to suit the new AA hulls as they are taper also?

Most of the newer wads are designed for straight wall hulls like the AA HS, specifically what wad are you wanting to use???

WAA12L copies (light pink claybusters IIRC)

I though the AA HC were taper?

No you would be better suited with this wad: the claybuster wads CB 6100-12 designed for straight wall hulls, like most of the euro hulls, Win gun clubs etc. The wads for CF (Compression formed hulls(Tapered) like the Aussie made AA s) are slightly different in length.

The AA HS are US made straight wall hulls. (they have the inserted base wad). So check your hulls, the US ones will have AA HS on the head stamp and will be shiny grey plastic. How old are your hulls?

Re: Anyone reloading Falcon Club Hulls?

Hey I have some falcon sp36 hulls. And also some club 28 hulls. The clubs have four stars on the head stamp. And the sp36s have falcon 12g on them. When cut they are slightly different in the base. Are they different brands?

Check with Simon Brown at target products Timaru. He or more likely his brother will know.

Ok so I have a bunch of cases (Thanks to Perazzi)
I've sorted out all the Falcon cases and the headstamp is the same 12*12*12*12* and said to be Fiocchi by some people, however they dont look like Fiocchi hulls in the Lyman book I have.
They appear to have a lower basewad than pictured and it has a step to locate the wad
WAA12SL wads are too short when bottomed out - compared to an AA

    hey spanners,
I am of little help but am curious to know how what these 12*12*12*12 cases are also.
When I dissected a club 28 hull and a sp36 hull they were slightly different in the base wad as you made comment. The sp36 has a headstamp with 'Falcon 12g'.

I tried emailing the guys at Target Products NZ but haven't heard back. If I get a chance during the day I will ring them as BullTahr suggested.
Let us know how you go if I haven't got back with an answer.
