Just had a closer look, only difference is the 53gr is a boat tail, makes seating easier and aids bc, the 55gr is a flat base so slightly trickier to seat and the extra 2gr makes up the bc. Ballistically they will be so close it is really just academic, terminal performance will be so close you won't notice it.
The 53gr bt will be easier to load.
If you go to the 55gr TTSX bt there will be a slight bc advantage, this is the pill I would use!
They did not give much info apart from referring to their reloading page. Awaiting my mate's results. He has been catching 18/19lb snapper on 4lb line today[1/2 hr to get to boat]
