Thread: Can anyone tell me why ...

First time using my press.

The die is a full length 223 resizing die.

The primer punch keeps sliding up on some of the more difficult cartridges

How tight should the collar be ?? Did I over tighten it ?

Interestingly
1 the thread in the die seems ok
2 the stripped portion of the collar thread was bad and getting worse.

Any advise ??
