    Federal use IMR-4064 for there gold-medal match rounds.
    Here is a Link for the 175gr load
    For the 168gr loads use 42.8 grains (42.75?) of IMR 4064, in Federal brass with of course the 168 Sierra Link
    Read post #11 by the same guy as youtube video.
