Among other things:
Calipers to measure things like case length and overall length
Lube to apply to cases to stop them sticking in the die,
Case gauge to check that the case is sized correctly ( this is optional but very handy)
A book to record what you did for each load so you can keep track of details.
Reloading reference books. Have a look for ADI's latest manual, or download it online.
The press you linked to looks like it will take a bit to get your head around seeing you're a beginner. but if you have a head for technical stuff, why not.
