    How hot?

How hot and safe would you call this?
Have laddered up to this point twice was going to go more till got better slap an sticky lift but I forgot till I was there and seen was same as before.

    No sticky lift or extraction
1.5thou head expansion over new brass unformed, this case has been formed and fired twice now at that load.

Little man didn't want to let the go. ..
So people add you $1.50 interested to see that's all so don't be shy

Primer cratering, ejector marks. Possibly some leakage around the primer and 1.5 thou CHE? Not sure I entirely get the question.

It could settle on that load as the case has formed properly. If it chambers easily without sizing or trimming and shows no obvious signs on the third firing, she could be sweet. May not be in a few months tho.

    What sort of extractor Abe?

Looks similiar to a few of mine that i got in load developement so im also interested. I had no cratering or sticky bolt lift whatsoever, this was the only pressure sign.

Note my brass is a lot dirtier haha, should probably tumble them one of these days...

It's Remington 700 bolt are bit sloppy in the pin hole
Sako extractor I put in it as well not that flat tho is flattering off would only be gr or 2 away from sticky

Chambers easy as again, no gas leak just looks like it in the photo.
    Here's a photo of one 6gr less. . ..

Only since this is all new lol.

Little things are easy to get wee slaps when is right near the edge, moisture in chamber little hotter day, longer strings getting things hotter when they sit in there etc

my Remington does the cratering too.(on pretty much any load)
the edge of the primer is still round, not flat. the extractor mark could be from soft brass.
I also had factory superformance ammo put extractor marks on cases, but probabley not the bright.
I don't think its too hot, but the extractor marks suck. check the velocity isn't too high.
if it wont last five firings, maybe it is too hot.

but im fairly new to re-loading.

Mod 70 ejector. What primer neckshot? They do look pretty similar to mine around the same number of firings. The only time I have to trim or use the FL die is maybe on the 7th-8th firing.

We all know how hard it is to get lapua case head brass to leave ejector marks tho. That brass looks to only have the 1 ejector mark on it, so if it was fired 6-7 times maybe the fireform load did it?
