About LinkBacksCCI 250s are "harder" in the cup making it more difficult for a weak firing pin to ignite them compared to Fed 215s.
Also they are "weaker" in the spark than Fed 215s so won't ignite slow powders in cold conditions reliably esp in the bigger magnum cases.
