There are heaps of YouTube vids you can follow to get started.
Some things you won’t have the gear for but do the best you can with what you have.
You’ll be adding to your bench all the time to improve your process. Outside of the obvious like powder, projectile and primer clean your brass well, make sure your dies are clean. Polish the machine marks off the the expander ball with steel wool.
Even if you skip bits because you don’t have the tools you should get reasonable success by doing the bits you can do as uniform as possible.
