And LEE RGB dies
Solid bench and your on your way.

It isn't hard.

The only press I have mounted permanently on a solid bench is a Hornady progressive.
All my single stage ones I just fix to a short length of 6x2. A couple of G clamps and I can mount them on any solid flat surface.
