Lee breech lock. Get the kit with the hand primer tool rather than on the press.
Throw the scales away and get some decent balance beam ones. Ie rcbs or ohaus (same maker (ohaus) just different brand name).
I found my lee plastic powder measure good once I had got a pound or so of powder through it.
