I used to try marking each case each time I reloaded it...a long time ago. Now I dont worry about how many reloads, but I do anneal often, and I do keep a round count for each gun by having a dedicated lee primer for each rifle, and keeping a cutout of each primer box so I know how many primers I have used.

By first 6br did 3000 rounds on 200 pieces of brass, have lost about 50 in the field but only one or two have (really) loose pockets an dI've never had a split neck. 3000/200=15 reloads per case on average. Think the Lapua 6br brass will last forever!
