cube up your back strap after removing silverskin,heat fry pan with little butter if Mrs isnt looking or little oil if she is....... chuck your cubes in when oil/butter is hot and sprinkle with some masterfoods mild steak seasoning.keep cubes moving around and remove when just past med- rare,chuck onto slice of toast sliced white bread again with butter and scoffemupdelishimo same works for hare and with hare you will swear its venison,both great tucker.
