What’s an average nights catch if you set say 25 traps?

Visiting Blenheim last week, I sold hand plucked fur at Wool Marketing Marlborough for $110/kg.

Going back a few years possum products used to be exempt from income tax to encourage hunters... I suppose that is long gone? can anyone confirm?

Sold some hand plucked fur the other day for $115 at Mciver Engineering, Rotorua. Basically Bush agent. The price had just risen from $110. Hopefully the price continues in that direction, which used to be typical for summer vs winter prices. The process had changed since i last sold fur. No more cash cheques anymore. You get paid through a bank deposit, so need to take your bank account number.
