Thread: Sub $100 spotlighting set up

Quick question re the torch...

From the website:
Group 1: Eco >Low >Medium >High >Turbo
Group 2: Smooth Ramping (10 - 1700 lumens)

Does this mean you can choose either option at time of purchase, or is it something you can alternate on the torch? I assume option 2 means it's on/off, and varying the brightness level. Sick of my current light, where every time you push the button, you get a different brightness level, or strobe. I wanna shoot the little bastards, not throw them a disco.
