Probably shouldn't mention this but it was back in 1990 and the particular shop has now closed down...
But back in my University days I supplemented my meager student allowance with possum skins to the local skin buyer and would sell the carcass to the local chinese takeaways (delivered to owners home address not the back door of the shop).
