Thinking just because you regularly hunt it, its not that large and the landowner is "managing" who hunts in there is absurd.
Public land is for the public and owners who willfully block people from accessing these places should be ashamed.

Attitudes like yours are a significant part of the reason a number of land owners will not allow access across their properties.
If you really need to get to Forks, take a helicopter.
Although I can't remember if there is a landing site there.
I haven't been there since the late eighties.
One bit of advice I was given by a guy who was staying there once, don't go down the river thinking it's an easy way out to the bush edge. Go up on to the ridge and follow the track. He reckoned the creek was treacherous. I always followed his advice so aren't sure if his information is correct.
