    Dingle Burn

    Anyone been hunting in the upper Dingle Burn and willing to give away some advice? Meant to be heading up for a look around in a few weeks

    Popped over from the Ahuriri late last year just for a walk, didn't see any animals so not much help though!

    saw a couple last time i was there. No rifle of course. Think I was a bit lucky too, not a whole lot of sign. Lots of grass to feed on. Fishing is good.

    Ok cheers, I was thinking I would take the rod and gun for a walk and see what happens but doesn't sound like I will have too much luck with the gun

    It has been poisoned and poached heaps by the local helo riff raff. You would be better off around Makarora tbf.
