Thread: DOC WARO review submissions

Definitely going to put in a submission & trying to digest all the legal speak and DOC language to do so is a challenge.
Can some one please clarify for me
1. Whats "PCL" ? Am i correct to interpret each "PCL" as a bit of land that DOC want to add to the current WARO concession areas ? ie it increases area for WARO ?
2. Whats the difference between a "restricted" area and a "permitted area" ? WARO still occurs on "restricted" - correct ?? There's a hell of a lot of orange (Restricted) on some maps !!
