They have to way point each kill and track log the entire hunt, if one deer is within the buffer zone it will be thrown out if three deer are, three get thrown out, they just match the waypoint number to the tag on said deer, this info is given to the factory and checked every time and held for X amount of time so they can be audited can’t remember by whom tho, in regards to self regulating, it is, if you get caught out you can no longer supply the factory, you loose your certified suppliers ticket and can no longer sell deer for a living, I know one guy who this happened to and another that got caught out, lost a load but was given a warning instead
