I use and have used Julius K9 gear with great effect, the IDC harnesses and saddle bags are great.

It's not the cheapest of gear, but it's solid and hard wearing. I've used their older harnesses and the newer IDC power harnesses. I ran bags on my springer spaniels at home, removed them for flushing.
