    Guidance on Lake Kaniere Hunting

    Hi Guys

I'm hoping to take the family for a trip over to the coast for a few days and was hoping to get in a morning stalk somewhere in the lake Kaniere area. Not looking for spots just some guidance as to where to start, how to hunt it and a rough idea as to the terrain expected. Thanks in advance.

    Mark

The whole area has been hammerd with 1080 mate. Few animals here and there. You would be lucky too see a possum around the whole lake. One of my good mates owns land around the lake and has had bugger all around his place for years.

Na not really. I nearly always find something useful you have left behind after one of those trips, saves using my gear.............

Have a poke around geologists creek (everybody from hoki's secret spot .....) or up the bottom of the styx on the true right. You can cut up into the bush from a shitty little creek up the track.
