It will work no problems hold on it won't be accurate out to 1000m its not fashionable and there's way better rifles at 5x the price

Points well easy to carry through thick stuff not much for shit to hang up on. It's solid but don't feel heavy. What's not to like

Love the old 30-30 shot a spiker with it couple of weeks back while sitting on the quad, at massive a range of about 45 meters, dropped on the spot.
She takes a beating and just keeps going

Nice one... im looking at acquiring a Winchester 94...which is the best ammo and grain for shots up to 60m in the bush.
Ive got my trusty 7-08 but keen to mix it up

I'm just using 150gr privi pratzian.
Only shot 2 deer both boom flops. Shot a few cattle and a lot of sheep seems a very good killer up close.

Hunted for yrs in the UK with a marlin 336 in 3030, reds , fallow and roe looking in the diary about 120 fell to her in 6 yrs, using Winchester silver tips 150g, great in thick bush, balance in hand while carrying is perfect, fitted mine with a 4x32 m8 leupold, also fitted a e o tech once. Try to keep shots under 100yds.
