It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

I thought it was only sweets that you weren't meant to accept. Can't really tell you, I grabbed a cookie, climbed in the van and woke up at the side of the road.

    Hi Guys!

Those of you who wanted to be emailed about the results have received a mail chimp email today with a link to my website where the results of both the surveys are published.
I had 58 email addresses, the surveys had 106 and 91 respondents, thank you all very much!

I will now monitor this forum for comments but you can also comment on my website or by email if you prefer.

The documents are quite long but that was in order to show up individual responses (all anonymised for privacy)

    Happy reading !

    Cheers,
    Malin

It occurs to me that the people most likely to respond to a survey like this, are the ones that have had an injury or accident, and therefor have a story to tell, or an incident to describe. Which would skew the results. In other words people who haven't hurt themselves are less likely to answer a survey about hurting themselves.
I have fallen over several times out hunting, but I have had more accidents at home or in a motor vehicle.
Frankly, I just don't think hunting is that dangerous.
