Turned 72 in April and for the last few months have been working on my fitness and mobility as previously reported. I think I am a bit fitter now than I was 20 years ago and definitely 25 kg lighter. Currently swading (walking in water) stretching and firewood gathering form the fitness program. Early spring will include some hunts in easy country suggested by a friend and an overnight trip or two as well. Fully retired I can pick my days so a few more bush walks or gentlemen's hunts (walking with rifle) should be on the cards in late winter.
