    bag liner mat 2.22kg
    pack including liner 3.3kg
    tent 3.44kg
    gun, bino's, rangefinder
    ammo, knife, 6.68kg

    That's 15.64kg
    Plus cloths, food, jetboil etc
    Only real extras on top of that is canon camera, 2kg of salt and a powerbank

    The real difficult thing is food.
    It's proportional to how long you're in the hills and doesn't really get less per day. Food is bulky too.

    A week is a long time.
    The best way to make your pack lighter is to do for two x four day trips.
    You can tailor your gear to the forecast then and reduce the need to prep and carry for every possibility.
    Planning to stay in huts can also greatly reduce the amount of stuff you need to carry: fuel, windshield, sleeping mat, formal tent, spare clothes.
