    Pureora North Block

Just wondering if anyone has taken any animals out of there since the green rain? Been about 4 months since.

Must be safe to consume by now, plenty of wind and rain through Aug-Sept.

My wife and I did a "naked" overnighter in the North block last night.
"Naked" as in no firearm was taken.
Haven't been in there for 30 odd years and yes there are still deer in there.
At 5pm had a possum feed at our feet completely oblivious to our presence as we watch him choose which bit of grass or seedling to eat.
Wife took some photos then I wacked it between the ears with my chopper.

    My chopper 100% kill rate.

    DOC's chopper ?
