MH very kindly said I could have the whole thing as long as I gave him some biltong from it.
Have a guy at work that can do it and it is quite tasty but possibly a little dry
As I have a bit of meat from this one and still a little from the one I got in Kaikoura a few months back I'm getting both front legs done so he should get a bit
