    Yeah. In BC however you need to draw a bull tag to tag a mature bull, even as a resident you can only shoot spike or 2 point bulls and cows.
    I can get a Moose tag for under 100 bucks for the area I have been working but it doesn't mean I can shoot a trophy bull unless I draw a tag or go thru an outfitter.
