This woke world we now live in seems to be rubbing off on a few.

I probably wouldn’t have a beer there but it would be nice to have the choice.
We need less control in our lives not more!

Im sure a lot of you are responsable as far as drinking goes. The private functions that you guys organize sound like great fun. Unfortunatley as usual its the idiots we have to cater for when anyone is allowed entry. I cant actually think of any other gun show where they have a bar. We will have to give this show another try as it sounds like we just got a dud show last year.

Most there are Fit and Proper citizens, able to own firearms, but not have a beer FFS. Did they still have the window of opportunity to purchase a firearm and go up stairs to an AO to confirm and register it?
I know I’m just stirring, but it’s windy and pissing down. on the bright side, my water tanks will be full

to put alcohol and firearms "in publics perception" into perspective....I was fish n game ranger for a while ,have shot ducks every opeing weekend except for when Cinders put us in home D since I started 30 years ago...Ive NEVER seen anyone pissed while out duckshooting..not once.. yip I have seen lads standing around utes with a box in evening being dickheads.... but never while actively shooting birds
now if you ask members of public about duckshooting a great majority of them will suggest people get pissed...because of a few historic events..the way things got done back when Adam was still wearing levis and chasing cows around....
the media LOVE to poke shit in direction of any shooting sports,it sells papers is the old school term for it,dirty laundry is another.

I heard $3.5K for 3 x 4, exactly how accurate that is I don't know, but he would have paid the invoice so should know

I’ve never been to a show where we covered our costs, fly the flag and promote the business. Worse was a stand at the field days the company spent over $500k and sold,at little margin, over the 4 days $45k then didn’t win best stand. Owner was pissed, never been back, but shit it was a great few nights at the house he rented across the road.
