    Eaglehawk knives. Made in Australia. Takes the same scalpel blades as the Havalon. No need to ever sharpen a knife again. One blade will dress a couple of large deers.

    Cheap and cheerful - primarily use the Victorinox and mercator copy.
    The Mora is a backup.

    I have a few knives which range from 5 inch all purpose to a 2 inch caping knife and then theres a 6 inch bird and trout.

    Be interesting if there was a poll added to this thread
