    Spring Thar Huts

    Hi All,

    Looking at flying into a hut late November to have a crack at a Thar, we have flown into St Winnifreds before but struggled with the river crossing. Any recommendations on a place to base ourselves from would be much appreciated. Mixed age team from 30- almost 70 (but a fit 70).

    Mistake Flat and Winnifreds are as good as any. Lots of options there.

    Thar come down low in the evenings at this time of year looking for the spring growth.

    The sandflies at St Winnifreds are diabolical.
