    Freedom to hunt with a semi auto shouldn't be a question. Ethical hunting should be a question, as long as it is ethical, doesnt matter what you hunt with. You can hunt with a large caliber revolver (yes they make them for that purpose).

    I do, 10/22 for rabbits and possums, ar15 for goats and white tail. Being a leftie makes it a good option

    Thats a broad catch all as people say shotties, 22s centrefires, maybe it needs breaking down into sub groups.

    Yep. My little 300 ar has taken a number of deer now. Fantastic for the thick stuff, and fast follow up shots has twice now reduced suffering for a dieing animal

    Yup - Semi for ducks and have owned a .22 previously
    I'm drawn to the mountains and streams, its where life is clear, where the world makes most sense!
