    Going to have a fair bit of muzzle flash at night time regardless of the combination you use to be fair, unless you sacrificed even more speed and went to a powder with a really fast burn rate but i doubt the OP is going to want to slow it down any further than it already will be with the 11" bbl.

    2208 would be one of the better choices of powder to use.
