For the 22 RF accuracy nuts

I've been a long time 22 accuracy nut and have tried a lot of 22 sporter weight rifles (my own self imposed limitation) to find a couple that are very accurate, repeatably and measurably so.

If I'd seen this series of videos before I on sold several rifles that didn't quite make the grade I'd have saved a lot of time (but probably not money haha) - its simply the best explanation of the mechanics of the 22 RF ignition/chamber set-up I've ever seen.

Here's the link to the most important vid in the series but the whole lot are worth watching - he works on high end rifle in the vids but the principles apply to any 22 after the basics such as bedding etc are taken care of.

That one popped up last night and I meant to watch it.
Tonight...I'll watch the rest of it. Thanks for posting.

Surprised he didn't remove the trigger group before seperating the action from the barrel.

We have at least one 360 owner on the forum that I'm aware of. @HJA8

This is the video which set the alarm bells ringing for me. My 360 is 13 serial numbers off this one and was in transit when I saw this. My friend and I both had 360's on order and I couldn't get the bolts out quick enough to see if that third locking lug had been "modified".
Vudoos are expensive guns but at the end of the day, they are still production guns. If I had been able to order an action, select barrel, trigger, stock options etc. myself AND have my smith build me a "one off", I would have been very annoyed if it exhibited any of the flaws that have been reported by SOME Vudoo owners.
Both my 360 & V22 (2 lug) are faultless with SK/Lapua. I've never had much luck in anything with Eley but after all the controversy, I decided to try a bit of Eley Club, Team, Edge and Match in both mine - Bottom line they did NOT like it - Feed issues, extraction issues & FTF's!!!
All the custom 22's I have built are headspaced and chambered to suit Lapua and I have several built on various production actions which are reliable and "Vudoo accurate". Just yesterday, we did a head to head with the 360 and my unmodified Weihrauch HW66JM - 125 shots using 5 types of Lapua/SK. I have the targets sitting here on my desk and would have to measure individual groups to decide which rifle was more accurate on the day.
