My first option would be a 6.5x47 Lapua, then 260 and lastly 6.5 CM. Based on optimal barrel time with a 140gr bullet, you really have to push the 260 to reach the next node and theoretically they all have the same upper node. The 260 being the longer round of the three it will have slight muzzle velocity advantage over the other two but not enough to make any real difference unless you pushing the round to its limit. The challenge with the 6.5x47 could potentially be the availability of brass here in NZ, but in theory would be the cheapest to run. My only challenge with the 6.5 CM is that everyone has one, but out of the three is most likely the logical and best option.
