So true but remember the lower is the only part that is a registered part with a serial number, by printing you are by passing all official checks. All other parts of an AR a 10 year old could bye over the internet. Print him self a lower and he's got one mean killing machine. If I was 10 I would print one off...if I had a printer.

Fortunately it would be rubbish and break after a handful of rounds!

An A cat lower is also "unregistered"...
