    Yes. It might be difficult to find someone with a factory reamer, but it is a piece of cake to make a 'D' reamer out of silver steel. The Bergara's will handle .308 which is higher pressure than the .444 Marlin.

    Thanks @gundoc wasn't sure if they used the same frame for the 44 or nor. Do you know if anyone takes on such jobs in Welly-Wairarapa region?
    Nothing is tough about having a 70 lb bow and looking like an uncoordinated praying mantis while trying to draw it back.
