Looks like it - the TG looks like a standard BSA one to me with the front section docked for some reason??? At least, the mag release is identical to what I have here except mine still has the front section with the drop floorplate on it.

re Vulcan barrels ,I have rebarreled several rifles using these barrel, all shoot sub Moa, outstanding
+1 for Vulcan barrels! I have used them for some years with 100% results.
I recently contacted Vulcan about a barrel and was advised it was months before he could do one for me.
Restraint is the better part of dignity. Don't justify getting even. Do not do unto others as they do unto you if it will cause harm.
