    Bump Fire Stocks

i searched this but nothing came up.

My question is, those bump fire stocks i've seen in videos, are the legal here in NZ?

I have no desire to own one, just curious to know if they are ok here.
If i could have a full time job shooting pests i'm up for over time.

Well there's nothing in the arms act that would prohibit them.

could be termed as a collapsible stock. far too grey, common sense is best used in this case, so dont bother.

Which is legal with an E endorsed firearm, which is the only way you'd be legally able to use any of these stocks anyway since they all require a pistol grip.

This is what my AO said to me when I asked him.

Bumpfire is very gray in NZ,easy to do tho if you feel like wasting ammo, having had a play with a bumpfire stock I have to say that in NZ if you just spent the cost of the stock on ammo practicing the old way you would get a better hit rate.

Most kiwis would probably play with it once and get the itch out of there system anyway as they really are fairly pointless in my opinion
