    DPT Supressor bush sizing

Hey. Sorry I'm being lazy but it's there detail on what the recommended oversized is for the rear bushing on a DPT suppressor? I have a barrel OD of 17.25mm where the bush will sit. Was thinking oversize around 0.5mm would work (0.25mm each side, or 0.010").
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

If the barrel is 100% concentric with the rear of the suppressor, 0.05mm oversize is fine. If not concentric, machine it large enough so it just has clearance.

They recommend 0.05mm! I had them do one at 0.5mm recently and it was definitely closer to the barrel in one area, maybe even touching. Hard to tell. DPT were great and got back to me with a follow-up call. Something isn't right. Maybe the barrel bore was off centre. Anyway, next time I'd go at least 0.5mm.

That is what I do and have a section of barrel at least that eccentric to show people …… that is why I seldom post on here, too many experts!

Just as an exemple, both barrel had been cut at around 16”.
