You don't see too many reviews on Sightron scopes in general, the PLR 6-24 for the most part has flown under the radar.
This is one of the few reviews I've seen, sounds like it's a nice upgrade over the older models but being an older design still leaves a little to be desired.

The guy doing the review is one of the more reputable reviewers.

I'll second this - Big Jim Fish does some pretty in depth reviews and always seems to offer an unbiased opinion.

I have this one on a Vudoo and am very happy with it:

I've also been running one of these for a while now and very happy with it also:

Well that one scope model does.
Rokslide is an interesting place, definitely a lot of good info to be found there but there are also some very noisy bubbles of people, especially around that whole scope drop testing thing.

What sort of scope are you wanting, a lighterweight hutning scope, banging steel, FFP etc?
    At what budget.

Ill throw my hat in with the Arken EPL4 6-24x50. Its a lightweight FFP scope, Japanese glass, guaranteed tracking, Mil or MOA. Way under budget though.

Honesty too much time at work not enough time in the hills,

I have a few setups that would benefit from a scope change, not that they have bad scopes just a couple would be more user-friendly with a bit more zoom like my .223

Nope they are 30mm tube, this one is more a cross over scope made for hunters. The windage is capped. Very positive clicks and clear glass. Tracks awesome so far.

I actually find the main guy testing scope on Rokslide really unbiased he just push the gear that hold in hunting condition. It is not only drop test he is a hunting guide and test scope on the long run
