    I’ve got one. They work as described. Effective way of reducing recoil and don’t need to bother with seating depth test, as that’s the tuner’s job.

    Mmmm, have you recently applied for a permit for one? Just received a Lowey tuner 2 weeks ago (granted, has no brake function though) and most definitely didn't need an import permit.
    Applied for one but got the reply from Kapiti about a week after the tuner arrived.
