About LinkBacksMy Ruger Hawkeye 243 with an over-barrel MAE suppressor can shoot about 5 rounds of factory 100gr Federal Powershok consecutively before things become too hot to touch.
Only powder I've been using is AR2209 and has been working well.
Hornady 100gr BTSP or Speer Hotcor 80gr SP have been my main projectiles.
