About LinkBacksThis has been my dream rifle in the making for awhile now, finished off the load development and sighted it in today after mounting the VX6. Super happy with the results, shots were taken at 100 yards from bi-pod as I wanted to sight it in as it would be shot in the field. Just want to add how impressed I am with the T-MOA reticle in the Leupold. Really allows for precise aiming.

Nice set up! How do you find the element scope? Have been looking at these. Do u find the reticle fine enough? Clicks solid ect..? Im not a fan of a thick reticle, the one on my Nikon is too thick for my liking.

Well it's fair hosing down outside so no pretty backdrop but finally picked this up from the gunsmith today after buying it back off @hillclima thanks for looking after her till I came to my senses bud
Most of you know this rifle but for those who don't here's the specs.
Sako a7 chambered in 270wsm

That's even better than an M28 - that is an M28-30. The best Mosin of them all!
Should have a true .308 bore made for Lapua 185grn D46 or D47 projectiles.

Didn't the m28/30 upgrade have strengthening bars added to the nose cap? I thought the M28 was the standard nosecap like in the photos. Originally Posted by fernleaf
