About LinkBackshaving worked in retail...and a sports department its a double edged sword for staff.... if they dont approach customers SOME bosses give gip as feel they arent doing the job..... hovering is almost worse....
trying to look busy for the boss...and be close by but not intruding for customers is a fine balancing act that isnt always easy...and then you get days when you are absolutely swamped with customers and a lady asks you what is the difference between a 4 and a 6 ball petonk set!!!! and you have to stand and read the instructions to try and figgure it out and she still makes formal complaint..... hard to win.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
